When all the repeats of your chronic prescription have been dispensed, you need to go back to your doctor in order to get a new prescription. This is very important as your doctor needs to see you to ensure that the chronic medicine you have been prescribed is working for you.
Look out for our warning stickers on your medicine which will remind you that we need a new prescription.
The process then is very similar to when you first joined Clicks directmedicines:
- You do not have to fill in an application form.
- Fax us your prescription as soon as possible so we can process it before you run out of medicine.
